Why did I receive an error while trying to redeem my perks?
When users experience an error, generally, the field that contains the error will be highlighted in red.
If the VIN field is highlighted, this means that an invalid VIN was entered. Please double check that the VIN entered matches the VIN on your contract. Common errors within this field occur when a ‘zero’ is entered instead of an ‘O’, a ‘five’ is entered instead of an ’S’, etc.
If the address line field is highlighted, this means that an invalid character is present. Be sure to remove any special characters including periods, exclamation points, ampersands, etc.
If you do not receive an error message, but you have not reached a confirmation page, this is likely because the files that are uploaded onto the form are too large. Please be sure that your files are no larger than 1 MB total in size.
