I received an "Oops, error" email after I submitted my application. What do I need to do?
If you received an "Oops, error" email, this means that we are missing some information from the document that you submitted with your application. If we are missing only a single piece of information, this will be called out in the body of your email.
Be sure to respond to that email with the missing information within 7 calendar days of the date on the email so that we may determine whether your purchase qualifies. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, we will not be able to approve your application.
If you received an email that notified you that multiple pieces of information were missing or the document received was not legible, it is best to respond with one of the following documents, as these qualify as valid proofs of purchase:
- Retail Installment Sales Contract
- Bill of Sale
- Purchase/Buyer's Order
- Purchase Agreement
On this document, be sure that the following details are easily visible:
- Buyer Name
- Dealership Name
- Purchase Date
- VIN of Vehicle Purchased
Please note that Vehicle Service Contracts, Odometer Disclosure Statements, Pre-Sale Contracts, or Delivery Confirmation sheets do not qualify as valid proofs of purchase.
Once you've retrieved the proper document and you've ensured that all necessary details are visible, please respond to the "Oops, error" email within 7 calendar days of the date on the email. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, we will not be able to approve your application.
