Updating a Dealership Review

• Consumers can now update their existing reviews and assign a new star rating that reflects their current sentiments about their dealership experience.
• While the original text will remain visible, new text can be appended, and the review title can be changed.
• The dealership’s aggregate star rating will only reflect the most recently-assigned star rating.

How to Update a Review:

1. Locate the review on the dealership profile page, and click the "update review" link:

   

2. Enter the email address used to submit the original review, then enter updated information such as star rating, review title, review text, and recommendation, then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the screen:   

    

   

3. A verification email will be send to the reviewer. The reviewer must click "Approve my review" in order for the update to be published.
4. The updated review will display on the dealership's page with latest text on top, and the aggregate star rating will only include the most recent star rating. A tag will display showing the date on which the consumer last updated.
