MSRP stands for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, sometimes known as the "sticker price." This is the price that the manufacturer suggests the dealer charge for the vehicle and is the price posted on the vehicle's window sticker, also known as the Monroney Sticker or Label. However, dealers are free to sell the vehicle for any price they choose.
Please note that MSRP does not include any manufacturer-to-consumer rebates or the tax, title, license or registration fees. Sometimes the amount quoted as MSRP includes the destination charge and sometimes it does not, so look closely. On Edmunds.com, we always make that clear.
